The importance of English lies not just in how many people speak it, but in what it is used for. English is the major language of news information in the world and the most important language to learn because people of all the world speak English.

       When I was 10 years old, I started my English course because of my parents. My mother wanted me to study and live in the United States and English would be essential.

       In my point of view, English is important to get a good job and to travel, because when you have finish a  English course, or even another language, the job offers are higher and in your favor, and to travel, English is spoken around the world, which makes it easier if you learn this language.

       Finally, for me, having English as a second language opens many doors. Starting at the door of the labor marketing. With English, is easy to work anywhere in the world, especially in countries where English is the official language.

       So, learning English was very important for me to know how to communicate with people from other countries, since it is an universal language.
